Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

A hospital famous for nose implant removal said I need correction for drooping nasal tip cartilage

First of all, I’m a man. I only had my first surgery 10 years ago, and now I want complete removal so I can finally put it all behind me. My previous surgery involved silicone on the nasal bridge, a nasal support strut, septal cartilage, ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and even septal extension ㅜㅜ My nose has been altered so much. During the consultation with the director, he said they would do complex repositioning through an open approach, but also do more correction for drooping nasal tip cartilage, so the surgery price is a bit high. But if I get correction for drooping nasal tip cartilage, my nose won’t become upturned, right… I really hate when the nostrils are clearly visible from the front ㅠㅠ Has anyone who has had surgery ever had correction for drooping nasal tip cartilage…
