I had surgery on May 2 with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but because of the citron-peel-like nasal bridge, silicone show-through, the silicone not being smooth, and psychological anxiety, I really want removal surgery. But I know too little about removal surgery. Are there cases where they remove it while leaving only the nasal tip in place? And usually how long after surgery can removal surgery be done? I currently don't have inflammation or contracture, but if I get removal surgery, I can go back to something similar to my original nose, right…
