Removal isn't easy either

After my first surgery, I developed contracture, so I had to get revision surgery. Back then, I didn't know much, so I got revision surgery with silicone inserted. Because of that, now the silicone doesn't suit me again, so I'm trying to remove it, but now that I look at it, there are a lot of minor side effects like pinching, a crooked nasal bridge, and a slight feeling that it's becoming a saddle nose. For now, I think I'll remove only the silicone from the nasal bridge, lower the nasal tip accordingly, watch the situation for a bit, and then decide whether or not to revise the nasal tip. At first, I thought about complete removal, so I went to consultations at several places, but I just don't want to mess up my nose, so I'm only going to do what can be done with a closed approachㅠ …
