Today I went to two consultations for revision surgery, and both recommended donated costal cartilage, so I am mentally shakenㅜ Is it because the trendy style these days has a high nasal tip? Autologous costal cartilage is even scarier, and donated costal cartilage feels unsettling. They say I have a small amount of septal cartilage, so it would be difficult to make the shape look good without using rib cartilage. Since I am an older woman, a style that is too flashy also feels burdensome. Is there no style that is pretty yet natural? This is difficult
