It’s L-shaped silicone, and lately the skin from my nasal bridge down along my nose line has really thinned out and lost volume, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone and having revision surgery. I never knew one radiofrequency laser session would lead me all the way to nose surgery. I feel so wronged and scared. Please help me. After removal, between septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage, which should I use for it to look natural and not change much from my current nose? Right now my nasal tip is round and my nose is small. Even though I have silicone, please help me.
