After my first surgery 5 years ago, I had inflammation, silicone removal, revision rhinoplasty (silicone ㅠ), contracture.... That’s my situation... I don’t want to use silicone, you knowㅠ What about dermis? When I looked it up, I saw that autologous dermis and donated dermis, MegaDerm, are used on the nasal bridge instead of silicone, so I’m curious what they’re like.
