Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is the end of tuning going back to stock?

Some people get revision surgery because they don’t like how natural it looks, and some people look into revision surgery to make a flashy result look more natural... sigh, I feel like there’s no right answer. I’m looking into a second revision surgery, and I’m wondering whether it’s better to keep it natural and safe even if the shape is a little less pretty, or whether it would be better to use costal cartilage if needed and make it high and flashy. After living with my nose surgery for ten years, my skin has gotten thinner too, so I am leaning a bit more toward the natural side. I’m thinking about having surgery at a place that says the end of tuning is going back to stock, and that they’ll make it natural... but I heard aesthetically it’s not that greatㅠㅠㅠ sigh
