My nose surgery turned out curved in a C shape; seriously, I really need advice

This is a post asking for serious advice, so I’ll write in semi-polite speech. Right now there is a moderate-to-severe depression next to the right side of my nasal bridge, and it looks shifted to the left. My preoperative nose had a similar pattern, but I didn’t have osteotomy, and I said other people have it too, so please raise it without making it stand out too much. The problem is that as the skin is being pulled, there is no flesh on the right nasal bridge. It slopes like a slide. When I looked at photos of people similar to me, they were all photos saying the nasal bridge was curved or shifted. Everyone says they get early correction, removal, or revision surgery. I couldn’t find posts from people saying it improved, so I asked the hospital out of worry, but the picture I expected was that the silicone may have settled in the wrong position…
