I had rhinoplasty a few years ago. The silicone is 4.5, but it’s crooked and not fixed in place.
I went to three consultations for revision surgery, and at only one place, the director personally consulted with me, so after various considerations I decided on that place. I’m going to change the silicone to 3.. But do I really have to support the columella with ear cartilage? If I only put in silicone, will it become a problem later?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
