Considering Revision Nose Surgery

Two years ago I had my first nose surgery using silicone, ear cartilage, and mesh ..(I can’t really remember whether I used septal cartilageㅠㅠ) and the tip of my nose has gradually become much sharper, and they say the silicone bridge seems a bit shifted to the side, or maybe crooked, anyway. They said that as time passes and the skin gets thinner, the side effects will become uncontrollable. They said it was amazing I was still holding up now.. So I think I’ll get revision surgery before it gets worse: reposition the silicone bridge, use autologous costal cartilage, do a dermis graft, correct the crooked nose, and I can’t really remember what they said about the septum. Also, they said the surgery will be under general anesthesia.. I’ve tried sedation anesthesia before, but general anesthesia is my first time, so I’m scared. What’s general anesthesia like?? I like a glamorous look, so I think they’d use autologous costal cartilage. Is autologous costal cartilage okay?? Scars and things are fine. But this really has to be my last surgery, and I don’t have the courage or the money to do any more, so I’m worried if it’ll be okay... If there’s a risk of side effects happening again, I’m not going to have revision surgery while accepting that riskㅠㅠ I’m so upsetㅠㅠ
