Just freely tell me your opinions, or what you would do if you were me. One place says full removal is possible and I can basically think of it as almost going back to my old nose, while another place says no no, your nose is short, so if you do full removal your nasal tip will lift, let's leave the cartilage and only remove the silicone. Another place says you should do full removal, but you have a depression in the nasal bridge bone here, so let's reinforce it with AlloDerm. All three places said it's an easy surgery, not difficult. But the time varies so much and the surgical methods are all different, so I'm worried. I want full removal. But the nasal tip...
