If I ask the hospital where I had rhinoplasty for my medical chart records, is that enough? I don’t have to see the doctor face-to-face separately, right? I’m planning to take my preoperative nose CT and chart records to the hospital that will remove it. Surely there aren’t doctors who would manipulate chart records or anything, right hahaha

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
