I had surgery for a crooked nose and deviated septum. The crooked nose part turned out well, but the columella is shifted to the right, so the nostril asymmetry is really severe. It looks like that pig character from Crayon Shin-chan ㅠㅠ The nasal tip is also too pointy. Can this be revised with alar cartilage repositioning and nasal tip cartilage repositioning? I had this surgery with autologous costal cartilage. If I get revision surgery, can the autologous costal cartilage be reused?
