I had my current nose done 10 years ago, but because it's straight and drooping, I'm becoming like Squidward. This time I want a line with some shape and a cute, dainty line. What kind of line is this photo?? Since it's revision surgery, I have a lot to think about. I had ear cartilage before, and they did say ear cartilage tends to droop a lot If I use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, will there be no drooping now?
