I’m debating whether to remove only the silicone or remove both the silicone and all the ear cartilage. What would be best for my nose? I think I heard the silicone is 35 mm. I’ve been worrying about it for days, so my head hurts so much hehe…ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Please look at the photos and give me some advice.
