It seems there are surgeries for lengthening and for grafting, but are both supposed to make the nose tip hard? I don’t know what surgery I hadㅠㅜ And they say if the septal cartilage and ear cartilage are removed, the nose tip might collapse, but why is that? My nose was originally big and drooping, so can that still happen?
