Since I don't have a columella, the nasal tip line gets blurred in the middle, and neither the side view nor the front view looks pretty. At the place where I had my first surgery, they didn't say anything about the columella, so I just thought, I guess I can get it done like this. This is why I realized I need to look into several hospitals and hear different opinions.
This time, I hope they can bring out the columella and reshape the overall nose shape once again. I'm thinking of comparing several places before deciding.
