Has anyone had only the silicone and ear cartilage removed, instead of a full removal? When I think about the shape, I want to leave the nasal tip, but if I leave it, I'm worried I may eventually have to open up my nose again later to remove it. Please tell me both good and bad reviewsㅠㅠㅠ I'm planning to schedule surgery soon, so I need to decide, but it's hard

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
