I only had the bridge of my nose raised with ear cartilage and silicone. What should I do to make my nose look a bit slimmer? ㅜㅜ My nose spreads when I smile, but even when my face is expressionless, my nose looks too big.. I want to do things like tip suturing and alar reduction, but I don’t know what I should do.. And if I want to do tip suturing, I’d probably have to remove the cartilage and silicone that were put in, right???
