I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage in 2016, and had it removed in 2021. Somehow, what was supposed to be just raising the nasal tip turned into also putting in silicone because I was told it would look smooth and pretty, and at first I liked it and it was so pretty. But 6 months later, my nose swelled up tight, and when I went to the clinic, they said fluid had accumulated and suggested only draining the fluid. I asked if it wasn’t inflammation, and they said no, let’s watch it a little longer. After repeating antibiotics and fluid drainage twice, I was exhausted and worn out, so I asked them to remove it. The doctor promised that if it happened just one more time, we’d really take it out, and after that, strangely enough, it was fine…
