It’s my natural nose versus after removal, and the height doesn’t look that different, but do you see the difference at the nasal tip there? What should I call that area? Anyway, will that part come down, or will only the swelling go down as it is? Is that columellar retraction? It’s so hardㅠㅠㅠ I just need that part to come down, please tell meㅠㅠ
