Has anyone had only silicone removed? Please tell me the pros and cons. I had a CT scan, and it is not inflammation; I am removing it because of a foreign-body sensation. I am thinking of leaving the donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip. Will there be a step-off deformity? The silicone is thick too; 55 mm is inserted. Sigh, please help ㅠㅠ
