It’s been about 2 years since my nose surgery, but suddenly I developed denting on the nasal dorsum. I don’t think it’s a big issue right now, but will the denting gradually get worse? It seems to be coming from the area where I had nostril reduction, and I’m wondering if partial contracture has happened. Is there no other answer except opening the nose and having revision surgery…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
