It’s been 2 years since I had male rhinoplasty, and I raised my nasal tip with ear cartilage, but it seems like it has gotten a bit lower again. I have a habit of keeping on pushing the tip upward when I feel like it has gotten lower. It’s already been 2 years, but if I keep touching the nasal tip, could the tip get lower? I don’t know if it’s just in my head, and my friends say they can’t tell.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
