Revision rhinoplasty. It has been a little over 3 weeks, and I had autologous costal cartilage + silicone. The implant had shifted up toward the glabella, and the nasal tip was lifted, in the early stage of contracture, so I had revision surgery, but the glabella has stayed swollen and puffy.. They say it is swelling and the capsule, but as the swelling gradually goes down, a semicircular silicone border? between my eyebrows is becoming more and more visible and palpable, and the starting point of my nose looks like that. Is this just swelling.. I can't understand it... The swelling between the glabella and nasal bridge also barely goes down. In both photos, the left is before surgery and the right is after surgery. Would it be possible to correct this by replacing it with a lower silicone implant? Do I have to wait 6 months? I can only cryㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
