I’m planning to have revision surgery this time. I want to remove the silicone from the nasal bridge and use autologous dermis or artificial dermis, but I’m worried about the nasal tip. I heard Asians tend to have a weak nasal septum, so I don’t want to touch it if possible. If I do septal extension, people say many feel a foreign-body sensation, and if I set up a columellar strut, I don’t know which clinics are good at it If anyone here has had surgery, could you tell me what method you had and things like the pros and cons?
