Will the nasal dorsum still be hard even after removal? It's been 3 months since my nose surgery, but the area beside the nasal dorsum is so hard, maybe because of scar tissue, so I guess it won't soften even if I remove it.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
