It’s been almost 1 year since I had implant-free nasal tip surgery, and the cartilage is showing and it’s bumpy, so I want to have it trimmedㅠ I asked the hospital where I had it done, and they had a nuance like they didn’t want to do it.. ha So I’m looking for another hospital, but would there even be a hospital that will only trim the cartilage?! Even if I get the cartilage trimmed, the cartilage will probably still show, but I have a part where a cartilage piece is sticking out a little, so I want to improve at least that. But I’m worried that if I actually go to another hospital and talk about this part, they’ll recommend all sorts of different surgeries togetherㅠ Please help!!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
