I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage, and it’s been 10 years since the surgery, but I’ve developed a dent in the nasal tip ㅜㅜ I’m worried it might be an early sign of contracture or inflammation, but I can’t remove it right away. I’m curious if anyone is like me. I’m also thinking about removal, and I’m wondering whether it would be better to do it at the hospital where I had the original surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
