The silicone looks too excessive, so I want to remove it, but leave the nasal tip as is. If I remove everything up to the nasal tip, I think it’ll look too strange. In this kind of case, if I remove only the silicone with a closed approach, will my nose turn up againㅜㅜ If I remove only the silicone, will it become a saddle nose? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Everyone who has experience with this, please helpㅠㅠ
