It’s been about 8-9 years since surgery, and because of inflammation my nasal bridge swelled, felt hot, and hurt, so I took antibiotics ㅠㅠ It has all settled down, but I’m worried it might recur, so I’m planning to remove everything completely. For now I’ve booked ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ. It’s this Friday. First of all, I’m from outside Seoul, so just in case I also got a consultation at a local hospital, and they told me to remove only the silicone. They said my nasal tip was done with autologous cartilage, and since that’s my own tissue it’s okay, so they would remove only the silicone with an open approach. But after looking into it, my nose has had inflammation once, and I’m worried that if I don’t remove everything, inflammation might come back to the nasal tip or I might develop contracture …
