Everyone who had a septal extension removed, what reasons did you all have for removing it? I only had my nasal tip lowered with septal extension without silicone, but I’m distressed because many people say you have to be careful with your nasal tip for life and that it’s uncomfortable. Did everyone remove it because of side effects? And please let me know if the shape changes a lot after removal and whether inflammation can occur.
