I had ear cartilage placed in my nasal tip, but it absorbed quickly, and it started drooping, which looks awful, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery. In this case, can’t I just change the nasal tip to autologous costal cartilage again? Do I also have to put silicone back into the nasal bridge?
