I had 3 mm silicone and a septal cartilage support placed, and had it done around 5 years ago. My original nose was small and short, so even before surgery they had said it wasn’t a nose that could take silicone, but the columella really got longer and it didn’t suit me, so after completing 6 months I had it removed. The surgeons all looked at my pre-op photos and confidently said we should do a complete removal, and said I would go back to my original nose. I also think it’s exactly my old nose. I wonder if the first nose surgery was just done badly ㅠ There was something slightly protruding inside my nose like bone, so after looking at it, they said they would have to operate to see whether it was bone or scar tissue, and the bone was protrud…
