If you use septal cartilage, is reinforcement mandatory? If you remove the columellar strut, will the columella roll inward? If it’s removed, will the pulling sensation in the columella go away? ㅠㅠ My original nose is a droopy nose, so it won’t become upturned, right? I’m going to remove it 6 months after the primary surgery. Aside from the shaved-down hump, my nostrils and nasal bridge will go back, right? Please let me knowㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
