This is a revision rhinoplasty, so I really want this to be my last surgery, but right now I’m torn between two hospitals, ㅍㄹㅁㅇ(ㅊㅎㅅ) and ㅍㄹㅈ(ㅅㅇㅅ) My nose is extremely low and also has an upturned/dragon-like nose shape, so I’m doing revision surgery to improve those parts. My first surgery was done at an ENT clinic, so there was no effect at all!! I also had a consultation at ㅈㅇㅈㅇ(ㄱㄷㅈ), and I liked everything, but the cost was too expensive, so I’m thinking of giving up on it ㅍㄹㅁㅇ- I actually like the nose shape here the most, and it’s exactly the style I want. But it’s a bit more expensive than ㅍㄹㅈ, and there are lots of reviews saying it’s like a factory-style hospital and that aftercare isn’t good, so I’m worried… Of course, that could be because there are many surgical reviews. During the consultation, they said my nose is very low, so I shouldn’t expect a high and flashy nose. I asked about alar base lowering because of my upturned/dragon-like nose, and they said they would decide during surgery after seeing how much it improves. They also said the upturned/dragon-like nose wouldn’t improve much. So I have a feeling that after surgery, even if I like the nose shape, the upturned/dragon-like nose might not improve? ㅍㄹㅈ- The price here was lower than the hospitals above, and I just went for a consultation after seeing photo reviews on an app, but I’m a bit worried because reviews in this community say it’s too natural. Also, Dr. ㅊㅎㅅ has more experience But the consultation was hopeful. They said for the upturned/dragon-like nose, they would use ear cartilage and do alar base lowering, and that they could make the nose as high as possible. But there aren’t many reviews from people who had alar base lowering done here either, so I’m worried about that too.
