My baby is still young, 6 months old I have to talk and smile to them all day, but they say with an open columella approach, there should be as little movement as possible. After removal, how careful do I need to be about movement?

You know the clinics that a lot of people go to for removal. Is it not a good idea to go there for shape? I’m going to remove the silicone, but I’m a bit scared to remove all the way to the nasal tip.
