Will there be no step-off? My nose looks obviously operated on, so I want to have surgery in the direction of removing the silicone as much as possible.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
