Before having my nose implant removed, my nasal tip had drooped, looked long, and breathing felt stuffy, so I had it removed. But when I lift the nasal tip upward, there’s a clicking sound, maybe from cartilage bumping into each other, and when I twist it left and right, something inside my nose, maybe cartilage, pokes and hurts. Does anyone here know why this is happening After removal, I’m stressed in a different way. I’m annoyed because I don’t know if it’s normal for it to make a sound from bumping, and my nose keeps bothering me in every way. I want to rip my whole nose apart
