I don’t have an implant, a columellar strut, or septal extension, just cartilage cap grafting on the nasal tip. Would the swelling be severe even if I only remove thatㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
