My original nose was an arrow-shaped nose, and I wanted to lift the nasal tip, so I’ve now had revision after revision after revision rhinoplasty, but it still hasn’t been corrected, and when I smile, the tip droops, so I’m seriously stressed No matter how much I print out the nose I want and show it to the clinic, why doesn’t it turn out that way... I asked for a rounded, defined nose, but I ended up with a pointy, obviously-operated-on-looking nose.. In my opinion, noses seem to come out according to the design the doctors pursue
