After my first surgery, I developed contracture. I had a revision using ear cartilage for a counter-rotation graft at the nasal tip and postauricular fascia for the nasal bridge, but it gradually started lifting, and now my nostrils show a lot, so I’m looking into a third surgery.
I had a consultation with Dr. ㅅㅁㄱ at JW, and he said he would use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and for the nasal bridge, he would use glued diced cartilage, molding costal cartilage particles to fit my individual nose shape.
Has anyone here tried glued diced cartilage? I’m too scared to go into it blindly because my surgeries have failed twice If anyone knows about glued diced cartilage, please don’t pass by and share some information..
