After my first surgery, 12 years later, last November I had revision surgery because the cartilage was showing through and the silicone had descended. It wasn’t 100% perfect, but of course I was more satisfied than before. I thought it would stabilize after 6 months, but starting 2-3 weeks ago, I felt like the nasal tip show-through was rapidly progressing again. At first it looked like a small white dot, but now it shows as a long straight line down to the nasal tip and columella. When I touch the nasal tip, the left and right sides feel different. The left side feels hard and numb/tingly. When I take a photo from under the nose, that side looks a bit plumper. I also have an overall tight, pulling sensation from the nasal bridge down to the columella ㅜㅜ Could it be contracture…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
