I’m shopping around for revision rhinoplasty. I didn’t know this after my first surgery either, but I found out while going to consultations that they had used both my septal cartilage and ear cartilage as materials. So for me, the choice of material has basically been decided as rib cartilage. Honestly, I had thought about rib cartilage too, but I thought they hadn’t used my septal cartilage, so I had been considering septal cartilage as well. But the shape I want would be hard to achieve with septal cartilage, so rather than donated rib cartilage, I’m thinking about trying autologous rib cartilage. Which clinics are famous for autologous rib cartilage? I feel like there are separate clinics that are good at autologous rib cartilage... How are Louvre and Premiere?? Are there any other places you’d recommend?
