I posted about a few places before, but I finished them all today, so I’m organizing everything in one post ㄱㅇㅅ ㅅㅅㅇ ㅍㄹㅁ ㅅㅇ ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ I got photos from the hospital where I had surgery and brought them with me. The reason I want surgery is dissatisfaction with the shape. My original nose had a low bridge, was small and droopy, and had a slight hump. The hump was shaved, 3 mm silicone was inserted, and ear cartilage plus septal extension were used. After surgery, my nose is too big and pointy. When I make facial expressions, the nasal tip feels fixed, so it looks like a drooping arrow nose. If you only look at the nose, it’s pretty, but it doesn’t suit my face. I definitely want the silicone removed, and I want a natural, rounded nose that isn’t high…
