Silicone removed after one month due to inflammation

Because of inflammation, one month after my primary rhinoplasty, I had the silicone and capsule removed with a closed approach. I had septal extension surgery, and the nasal tip was left in place, but since a 5-6 mm silicone implant had been inserted, there will probably be a severe step-off, right? Also, I had it removed before contracture occurred, but is there a possibility that inflammation or contracture could still develop? Lastly, if I have revision surgery and use donated dermis as the nasal bridge implant material, I’m wondering whether the inflammation could recur.
