I had the extension, retrocorrection silicone all removed completely. My current state is that the columella got shorter, the area where the hump was shaved is flat, my nose has become very small, and it feels like only skin is left. I’m worried it might dry up and shrivel even more from here. I don’t regret removing it. But the third nose is also hard to endure. I thought it would come out similar to my original nose, but if the surgical manipulation was extensive, I guess that’s not the case. It’s about 70% similar to my original nose.
