You know, if a surgery goes wrong and I request the surgical record so I can visit other hospitals for consultations, can the hospital where I first had surgery manipulate the surgical record? If the doctor manipulates the surgical record, then there would be no way for me to know what kind of manipulation they did to my nose, right
