I'm confused whether saying they do it means they are reoperating on the nasal tip, or whether it means they reposition the cartilage because they worry it might lift after removing the silicone and cartilage. I'm curious. If they remove the silicone, remove the existing cartilage, and then reposition it, does that count as total removal? I don't want anything put in anymore.
