I had surgery for a deviated septum at an ENT clinic yesterday, and I developed saddle nose right away as soon as it was done.. Yesterday they said it looked swollen because of the packing, but today they changed their story and said I had developed saddle nose. They also said they threw away the septal cartilage they removed, and the doctor is telling me to get nasal filler. What should I do.. Has anyone had saddle nose reconstruction?
